Forbidden Bike Company Refund Policy

Note: This refund policy only applies to complete bikes and frames bought directly online from forbiddenbike.com –  Discounted items or items purchased in the Factory Outlet are final and are NOT eligible for this refund policy.

For bikes that are unridden and frames not built:
If returned within 7 days of receipt in the original box with packaging in original state/unremoved, then a full refund is offered upon receipt of the returned bike or frame, subject to buyer paying return freight.  Buyer is also responsible for any damage or loss incurred during return and is advised to purchase insurance on return shipping.

For bikes that have been ridden:
If returned within 7 days of receipt in the original box, packaged well for return transportation, then the buyer is entitled to a full refund minus a *15% restocking fee.  Buyer pays return freight and is also responsible for any damage incurred during return.

No refund is offered on frames that have been built and/or ridden. 

*in cases where bike has been ridden extensively or damaged, a further charge will be levied at Forbidden’s discretion to cover repair.
