What motor system does Druid E use?

We chose to partner with Avinox for our first e-bike. With incredible performance, we couldn’t find a better option to complement our suspension and geometry story.

How far can I go on the Druid E?

As a baseline, the estimated range for the 800Wh is 157 km and for the 600Wh it’s 117 km. However, this will heavily depend on your assistance mode and the terrain you ride. The Avinox system will calculate live range estimates out on the trail. Based on your current power mode and usage.

What size battery does Druid E use?

The Druid LitE uses a 600Wh and the CorE uses an 800Wh battery.

Are the different-sized batteries interchangeable?

Yes, they are fully interchangeable.

Is the Druid E range extender compatible?

Not at this time.

What speed is Druid E limited to?

The speed is region-specific based on your local Government regulations. For the US and Canada, this is 20mph/32kph; for European and most other territories, it is limited to 15mph/25kph.

Can I buy Druid E as a frame only?

Not at this time.

What charger comes with the bike?

The bike is supplied with a 4A, 168W charger.

Can I charge the battery separately from the bike?

The LitE uses a 210 x 50mm shock, giving 140mm rear wheel travel paired with a 150mm fork.

The CorE uses a 210 x 55mm shock and increases it to 150mm rear wheel travel with a 160mm fork. The frames are the same across all specs, so you can run any combination.

The idler is part of our Trifecta suspension system. To understand more, take a look here

Why do you use size-specific dropper post lengths?

Our bikes come with size specific seat post lengths that allow for different rider heights. The amount of drop is noted in our spec sheets under each model. We choose seat post lengths based on the seat posts ability to be inserted all the way to the collar. This mitigates any potential frame damage or kinks to internal cables that may result in suboptimal performance.

What headset spec does Druid E use?

Dreadnought uses SHIS spec ZS44/28.6 upper and ZS56/40 lower cups. All frame fit specifications can be found here
