Own The Podium

If you have been thinking about racing more next season, or committing to a few weekends instead of just “maybe” showing up, this is for you. Grab a Forbidden bike and win some cash.

Own The Podium, presented by Forbidden Bikes is our new 2026 race-season program built to bring more energy to local racing and reward riders who line up, send it, and put down results across the season.

We are putting up to $10,000 in cash prizing, plus additional prizing on top, across key Canadian Enduro and Downhill race weekends, working alongside the Canadian Enduro League and Dunbar Summer Series.

How It Works

  • 1. Register once at the landing page
  • 2. Race eligible rounds in Canadian Enduro League and Dunbar Summer Series
  • 3. Land on the podium to get paid
  • 4. Podium results count toward a season-long leaderboard

Eligible Events in 2026:

Canadian Enduro League (Enduro)

  • April 25–26: West Kelowna (Fire in the Mountains), BC
  • May 9–10: Vedder Mountain (Chilliwack), BC
  • August 8–9: Cypress Hills, AB
  • August 15–16: Toby Creek (Invermere), BC
  • September 5–6: Sun Peaks, BC

Dunbar Summer Series + Steve Smith Memorial (Downhill)

  • July 12, 2026: Fernie Canada Cup and BC Cup, Fernie Alpine Resort
  • July 15, 2026: Kicking Horse Canada Cup and BC Cup, Kicking Horse Mountain Resort
  • July 19, 2026: Sun Peaks Canada Cup and BC Cup, Sun Peaks Resort
  • July 26, 2026: Canadian Downhill National Championships, Sun Peaks Resort
  • August 22–23, 2026: Steve Smith Memorial, Mount Washington, Comox
  • September 6, 2026: Red Mountain BC Cup, Red Mountain Resort, Rossland

Season Leaderboard

Every eligible event also feeds into a season-long leaderboard that combines Enduro + Downhill. If you finish 1st–10th in your category at an eligible round, you earn points (10 points for 1st, down to 1 point for 10th). Just make sure you submit your result/claim within the required window so it counts. At the end of the season, the rider sitting on top of the overall leaderboard takes home a Dreadnought Framekit.

If you are already on a Forbidden, you are good to go. If you have been on the fence about racing next year, consider this the push. Pick a few weekends, find a few friends, and come line up. See you on the box.
