USA Shipping Policy

USA Shipping Policy

Most items are available to ship within 10 business days, unless otherwise noted. Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit card information).
We process, ship, and deliver orders on business days only. We do not offer shipping or delivery on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. We only ship US orders to the contiguous United States.

If your order includes several items, we may ship them in separate packages and they may not arrive together in one delivery.
If your order has not arrived in the typical delivery time listed above and you cannot track your order please contact us at contact@forbiddenbike.com

Please refer to the individual order shipping costs calculated at checkout based on location within the United States.

PLEASE NOTE: For all U.S. shipments with a value over $2500 USD, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) require the Ultimate Consignee ID number for all formal entries at the time of entry or release. The Ultimate Consignee ID number is the Internal Revenue Service Employer Identification Number (EIN) issued to most business entities, or the Social Security Number (SSN) issued to individuals. Fedex Trade Networks will contact you directly to obtain this number once your shipment is at the border. Failure to provide the number will result in your shipment being returned to us at buyers cost.

Complete Bike Setup
Forbidden complete bikes are shipped 90% assembled and require some technical knowledge as well as mechanical skills in order to properly and safely assemble. We’ve created a manual to help walk you through the steps required to get your new bike up and running.

Tracking Your Order
We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped. It will include a tracking number for the relevant delivery service. A separate email will be sent for each shipment.

Changes
Once we have processed an order we are not able to add to the order or change the shipping options, address, etc.

Frames/bikes ship via FedEx. Apparel, accessories and spare parts are shipped via Canada Post/USPS.
